Hello everyone,

The other day my phone was slightly damaged. Now it randomly reboots, randomly shuts down, and only holds 20 percent of the battery. I called virgin mobile and they are sending a new one over.

However, my phone is running MIUI and I have clockwork recovery. I read that rooting a phone voids the warranty. How do I undo the rooting? (A nandroid back up? How do I do this?) Can the company know if the phone was once rooted?

I need help

I would think that as long as you flash the stock ROM & recovery, you'd be fine. Do a little searching in the Triumph forum- there have been a number of threads by people with the same issue (broken screen, need to restore to factory ROM) and there are ways to do it- it might just take a little longer.
