I had the original Transformer and really did love it. I sold it a week ago once I heard about the Prime because I wanted to sell it for as much as possible and selling an original device after the newer version is out has proven difficult.
So, my original intention was to buy a prime with the money I got from selling it, but now I am thinking about an iPad 2. This is because of the recent PO cancellations and release date controversies.
I have not used an iPad recently and when I did, it was not thoroughly, but I was looking at a review of iOS 5 for the iPad and was surprised and intrigued by many of the features it had (tabbed browser, split thumb keyboard etc.). It seems to have really caught up to android.
To me, android and iOS seem relatively tied, with each having there own slight advantages.
So I am wondering what you guys think set android tablets apart. I think I will probably end up getting the Prime as long as the supply warrants it.
This is not meant to start arguments. I am genuinely curious.
and to be clear, I think android phones are superior, but tablets are still up in the air for me.
A lot of the answers i have seen in the past say android is "more has more customization." What does this really mean? I don't think widgets are enough to make android decidedly better.
