If you are able to oc higher you can. But it can be bad for your CPU if your particular phone doesnt like to run any higher. I wouldnt and I dont ever change my min. setting. Gives the cpu a rest from running at max frequency all the time.

Dark Tremors moves your apps to your sd cards ext (which you have to partition your sd card to get the ext partition i order to use DT's app2sd) but the difference between it and other is it will trick all the apps into thinking they are running on the phone instead of the sd card. Most of the time if you move an app to the sd card the normal way you wont be able to use the widgets for that app or some you dont even have an option to move them this way tricks and moves them all and still be able to use the widgets and move the unmovable apps. In order to use dt's app2sd you have to partition your sd card. Which in easy terms makes section of space on the sd card to become "apart of the phone". When you partition your sd card you'll make 2- 3 partitions all together. Majority of it will be a fat32 which that fat32 partition will be like your normal sd card storage space. Then youll make a Ext. the ext is the space that all your apps will run off of and are stored. then the last partition will be a Linux Swap. Is optional to say the least. Theres a lot of going back and fourth that it helps, it doesnt, it worthless on Android, etc etc back and fourth, but anyways the Linux swap will be the space for your ram to move things too to clear its space. No you can over clock it higher if your able too. The CPU in the OM runs at 600mhz stock which is the factory "safe" mhz to run at. Theres just a greater risk of overly overclocking that can burn up the cpu. Like my Ascend ran at 600mhz from the factory but I over clocked it to 729mhz and 245-320 min. And it runs fine. Some people couldnt even run 692mhz but some can run up to 748mhz. The higher you go usually leads to the cpu like being lower.
