Help No data network

I'll be going to VZW on my lunch break today, but I wanted to see if anybody else has had this problem. I had my Charge for 12 days and installed the GB updated manually myself.

Starting yesterday I lost my data network. I have no 3G or 4G. If I turn on airplane mode and turn it off, my data network will come back on for a few seconds and disappear. I have also factory reset the phone.

(PS, I am in Fort Washington PA at the moment having the same issue. Switch to CDMA only and you can get intermittent 3G)

I have not had any data (3G or 4G) for the last 24 hours. Verizon owes us an explanation. They had no solution when I called in.

The first thing I did when I called yesterday was ask if there was an outage and the woman said no.

I went to VZW today and they didn't tell me about any outage, either. They pulled my SIM card at VZW and re-inserted it which got me data for about 30 minutes before it dropped.

This is why I love this community and others like it, because I can get answers that I can't get from VZW themselves. I'm going to call VZW now and they better have an explanation as to why I haven't been told about this twice now.

I did notice earlier today 3G coverage popped in, but then out. I'm in Harrisburg, Pa.

After the new download, I have "NO G". Even after switching radio on/off. Occasionally I get 3 or 4 G, but normally I just get the message network not available. Phonecalls not an issu.

I also lost my Data connection. It comes on sometimes, but always as 3G. I lost data around 1:00pm-2:00pm PST.

I live in San Francisco bay area, California.

We can confirm that GBM staff in San Jose, New York City, Ohio and San Francisco are all experiencing outages on 4G LTE powered devices and we have heard from people in Nashville, Los Angeles, Saginaw, Michigan, Chicago, and more telling us that they too are not able to access Verizon

Verizon is FULL OF IT! (as usual). I was not losing just 4G connection, but ANY data connection. Even if I forced my phone to CDMA mode (3G) it still never picked up anything during its time of outage. Even tried re-booting, etc... nothing changed it.

Is this just a problem with the Charge or with other devices? My roommate has a Thunderbolt and wasn't experiencing any outages. This is the 3rd or 4th time that this has happened to me. It was out all day yesterday and came back on around 8pm. Woke up this morning with no data AGAIN

Should be all 4G devices. Not just limited to the Charge. Perhaps his was connecting via 3G so he never saw any interruption.
