i didn't even think about that. i would assume it would be from the date you got your nexus on a return, but it would probably be from the date you got your razr/rezound on an exchange. don't quote me on that though. :thinking:

Well I got my Rezound for $199 but on my reciept it says $299 so I'm trying to trade straight across for another $ 300 phone . I feel like if I return it they're obviously just going to give me my $200 back I think my people skills will get the $100 discount off on the next phone as well

Verizon has apparently gotten sneaky and removed it from the system so NO ONE can sell it... even if they want to.

Makes no sense, they were expecting them to arrive today and the order was just cancelled? So they were doing what...same hour shipping from VZW to them?

Not happening, considering majority of loyal VZW customers are grandfathered into unlimited data. Why switch over to tiered ATT?

On top of that, if you compare VZW launch to ATT LTE launch...and at the rate VZW is progressing? ATT is decades from coming any closer.

And yes we've all seen the reported tests on ATT's LTE Speeds, but you have to understand these are tests on EMPTY networks right next to the tower. So baseless. If you look back to VZW launch tests, they were over 60mbps.

Overall, I find Verizon Customers to be greatly more loyal to VZW when compared to other major carriers.

JD Power rates VZW 5/5 for all 4 categories, while ATT is 2/5 in all 4 categories.

Not sure if this is of any significance, but I just got back from a store, a very small one, walked in and the guy approached me and said they didn't have them. I said "Oh well last I heard was that they were supposed to be selling today" so he went back to the computer with his manager right next to him, browsing through the inventory and shipping. The manager said "Yeah we were definitely supposed to be selling those today, check that top shipment"...They fumble through the computers a little more as my heart races, thinking I may actually be getting one. The manager then asked the employee "Didn't Fedex just drop some stuff off?" The employee said "No it was UPS". The manager then told me that they are coming through Fedex and should be there today, and if not today definitely tomorrow and to keep checking back. By the sounds of it, they were definitely going to sell me one...Not sure if while processing the order I would hit a snag, but last they knew, today was the day to start selling. I will be checking back with the store later today and tomorrow to see if they received anything.

Idk, but they were planning to ship to those who pre-ordered. Vzw evidently laid down the ban hammer somehow. NE was kinda saying it out loud so the shipment SEEMS to have gotten stopped.

This seems almost illegal to me. VZW isn't supposed to be able to dictate like this when some device can be sold by 3rd parties. Particularly if you are willing to pay full retail. I might try a third party retailer today and see what their tune is about selling at full retail. Selling a device at full retail once you have stock shouldn't be something VZW can bother any sorta legal/sales agreement you have with them. I could see them controlling when something is available at subsidized pricing as VZW is paying that subsidy to the retailer.
