Maybe the whole reason with the delay was because Verizon forgot everything they knew about managing a website (testman issues I personally have no idea what it is, store hours disappearing without being changed, updating the website into something it already was...) while they were frantically trying to fix the 4G LTE outage issues. 'In panic mode, people are stupid', in Verizon's case 'they always are and assumed to be'. They have issues with a website, I doubt they can pull of a Nexus PR.
