Finally got my 3.1 update for my Logitech Revues and now tomorrow I get the Nexus

I can finally blow the dust off the TPU case and the NFC tags that have been sitting on my desk for a week.

Thanks to all who have given us info and a lot of laughs throughout this wild ride.

Prediction: Verizon put out the press release today about the nexus trying to get people to sign up and they will email out the release info tonight or first thing in the morning. What do you think ?

Both Verizon stores I went to today said they had stock but both also said that they were threatened with "dire consequences" if they even broke the seals on the shipments. That was one reseller and one corporate store.
I went to both because the reseller didn't even have a mock up for me to hold. Geez. And he was trying to sell me a razr even as I was leaving. Crazy guy said he would be worried about no external sd card slot on the nexus but he has no problem with nonreplaceable battery on the razr?

Yes, I am quoting myself here. LOL. I just got a call back from the same guy at the corporate store that I set up my appointment with and he did in fact warn me that while the launch is still looking like it is a go that it is not %100 set in stone yet. He said that he did not see it actually getting pushed again but there is always that possibility especially with this phone. Just sharing what I have learned with all of you. Here's to still hoping for the best and we can all get our Nexus tomorrow!!

So I flat out told my boss I'm coming in late tomorrow AND I'm using it as a sick day. So I'll be at work for any problems that HAVE to be dealt with but don't have to do much else. Yes, I know it's strange but since I'm the only one who does my job its easier to do it this way than to catch up Friday.

I woke up yesterday at around 8AM... I proceeded to stay up until around 8AM this morning (roughly 24 hours give or take, I was groggy, lol). I then slept from 8ish until 1PM and will be up now for the duration. I can't imagine going to sleep and accidentally waking up at 11AM and kicking myself all the way to VZW, only to realize they sold out an hour ago. It'd be like a bad dream and I'm NOT risking it, lol..
