Phone with bad esn wanted

Just spoke with the Bucks County Sheriffs office, and she told this is something they DEFINITELY want to look into, and to also call the Perkasie borough Police dept,and file a complaint with them as well. Going to call them in a few minutes when my insane kids calm down....mom gave em candy...lol.
If I can ask Phases to please send me a link to my original thread that was removed, so I may forward it to them. I am also going to link this thread as well. I also want to ask Tre - BubZX, WV, have your emails and texts ready to go, because I am going to have them look into your cases as well, and I want them to have all the info they need.
Will post back in a lil while after I contacted them. Should be great when they see my screen name....lol

By the way BubZX, that was my DEC # from the Epic. I love it, because he swore up and down it wasn't the one I sent him that he was selling.... This is just too much.

Damn dude didnt he tell u he didnt even recieve it at that point? He gave me that esn last saturday. He was on here last night so he had to read this thread.

Yeah, said he didn't get a chance to pick it up, he had to work late that Friday night. Then Saturday he was in the hospital for emergency surgery and was laid up. Then tells me his roommate picked up the phones and he didn't realize it. THEN when I asked him to have his roommate ship the stuff to me, he said that his roommate was a dick, and he had to pay him to go get the package...what? He just said that he didn't realize the guy picked it up?!?! That's when I knew I was scammed.

Both. Hope you get it back man. At least that would be a positive turnout for someone this guy screwed. I'm stuck with this P.O.S. ZIO that won't connect to 3G - so I can only imagine what Sprints doin to me with roaming charges.
Trying to save up for a damn phone,but with 3 kids and an unemployed wife, Xmas,etc... Looks like This is it for a while. Used the insurance twice already this year, so they won't let me do it again. MAN he got me good!

It's not much, but I've got an old Touch Pro 2 that works. I upgraded from it at the beginning of the year, and while it's not groundbreaking, it's a solid phone. I'd ship it to you for $50. You can also rest assured that I'm not a scammer

If you are interested, I'll do what I can to assure you of my legitimacy. It's a working phone, clean ESN and all that, like I said, just upgraded so it's been sitting on my shelf for 8 months or so.

Good! I PMed the Administrator there and linked this thread for him,and explained everything that was going on. That was last week. And I'm still waiting to hear from my local PD. If I don't hear from them by Friday, I'm going to head back over there and give em a kick in the ass.

I wish you the best of luck, but in my experience, the PD "has better things to do." I had some issues with Sprint and identity theft, never had a single thing come of it.
I do wanna know what comes of this though, this scumbag needs to be brought to justice.

yea. i read somewhere before trying to start a deal with him that he was a scammer, so when he asked me to trade i said no.

if he was going to pay me through paypal there was no way i could be scammed so yea.

you guys gotta learn theres very few people you can do trades with. dont expect everyone to be an honest good person just because theyre on here

For truth! I remember the days when you could leave your keys sitting on the dashboard and your car doors unlocked; yet your car would never be stolen. You could leave your home unlocked and children could walk to their friends house without a worry. Now, you cant even perform a simple business transaction without worrying that the person is trying to take every dime you own.

Yes it is you have to do a background check before dealing with most people anymore killed. But other than this one bad deal with rebel I have had great luck in these forums buying and selling.
