Ad free Android is a must for me, as well as Sixaxis controller which I use to bluetooth connect my ps3 controller for emulators

NovaLauncher is a great launcher alternative to the stock. It pretty much looks exactly the same, performs exactly the same, but gives you more options. Options like # of screens, # of icons on the screen, scrollable dock, and more.

Lightflow will let you change LED colors. Per mod request, no discussion on tethering apps.
