A number of speculations have emerged on the possible release schedule of the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime and that this will supposedly be postponed. Earlier reports have indicated that Asus (TPE:2357) supposedly confirmed the release schedule of the tablet and will not be postponed anymore.
However latest reports have raised the possibility that the release schedule of the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime will be postponed due to some adjustments that are needed for the Wi-Fi connectivity of the device. The standards set by the company were reportedly not met and the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime will not be released into the market until this particular issue is addressed. This piece of news reportedly came from an unnamed source.

This latest report is supposedly consistent with an earlier report which indicated that the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime is facing a problem with its Wi-Fi connectivity. Even as Asus has indicated that it will deal with the issue. The solution to this particular issue facing the Asus Eee Pad Transformer was not specified by the company which resulted to questions coming from some industry watchers.
However some observers have indicated that Asus reportedly confirmed that the device will still be released according to schedule on December 19. This was reportedly indicated by Asus following inquiries about the issue and its effect on the release schedule of the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime.
This confirmation has shown that the company is steadfast in releasing the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime according to its schedule. Asus is reportedly unyielding with the release schedule of the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime on December 19. This comes as Aus is reportedly aiming to release a perfect device into the market.
However some observers have speculated on the possibility that the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime will not be introduced into the market during the set date of release although this remains to be seen.

plus it seems like they suggested they had issues with 2 and it was corrected on #3 and stated they understood the 3rd tablet was the retail version (the one we should get).

Amazon cancelled hundreds if not thousands of orders publicly via email, Amazon is giving people $10 credits for the hassle and this is documented all over the web. And yet they are going to lie to little old me when I ask them via chat? After having already taken the customer service hit, in public, they are going to lie to me when asked how logical is that??

I just received mine this morning. I pre-ordered from Tiger Direct on 11-27-11. I first tried to pre-order from both Best Buy and Amazon but they were no longer accepting orders at the time. I am so glad they weren't taking any more orders because I would probably still be waiting. It looks great but I haven't done much with it yet because I want to fully charge the battery first.

Got home and this beauty was waiting for me...it's still charging,only had 3% juice.....apologize for the pix,it's the best my phone could do.....the champagne is very very subtle I think, was initially wary of taking her out in public thinking the color would be "goofey" but it's not at all.

The screen is awesome! It attracts fingerprints (and drool) like crazy, but they're easily wiped away.....haven't got around to playing with it yet,had just enough power to set up my account (side note: would not accept my google account after multiple tries, had to use the browser version to set it up)
