Question: Does anyone here NOT have vertical banding on greys/navy blues?

I can notice a faint blotch in the middle of the screen at the lowest brightness. It happens with this website's background. The effect is similar to ghosting in lcd's, but is caused by a different reason. From what i understand, it is nigh impossible for every oled on the screen to get the color perfect, hence our eyes percieve the slight variation in what should be a solid color.

Could you re-host those on Imgur or something else?

I think it's normal at low brightness. It was noticeable on my first Nexus, especially on a dim white or gray background. I exchanged mine because of an audio issue, and the new one looks about the same on low brightness. Like others have said, turning up the brightness makes a big difference. I still leave mine on auto to save battery, and have gotten used to the slight banding.
