Hi!

I purchased the Galaxy Nexus and love it so far. My issue with Handcent has to do with customization. I had this app on my Dinc and had it customized nicely. I can't seem to customize this one the same. No gradient options in the custom style, anymore. Anyone have this issue?

Go to conversation style and choose "Handcent Classic"

I'm having serious issues sending MMS, and with it being the holidays I may need to find another option until they update for 4.0. Too bad, I loved Handcent on my Incredible.

I too was having some issues with mms messages in both the stock app and Handcent until I swithded to CDMA only in network settings. Now I can send and receive mms messages.

I have been wondering if it was part of the LTE data issues going around but couldn't find anyone else who thought so...thanks for the tip...I just uninstalled Handcent 10 minutes ago...lol....I will re-install and try again.

I got a text yesterday and when I went into the message in Handcent it showed it was from a different sender than was listed on the main screen. After that I went into the built in ICS messaging app and it showed as the right sender. Other thing that was happening is that after I reboot the phone it comes up telling me there are a bunch of unread messages like Handcent isn't telling ICS that they were opened.

I was running the previous version to yesterday's update so maybe it's fixed now but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it.

Showing unread messages in the stock app is usually due to not turning off notifications in the stock app.

Same thing happened to me today. Uninstalled it again:(
Looks like the update didn't fix the issues.

Handcent sent my texts to all sorts of the wrong people today and I even got some sent to numbers that aren't even in my contact list. I uninstalled immediately... and this was after the update that was for this issue. I can't rely on this anymore and it's sad because I've used it for over 2 years now and it worked flawlessly.
