So here is the issue with me. Just ordered my Esteem from wirefly and i want to give my rooted Optimus M to my son with all current apps minus my gmail account and phone number number. How to correctly do this when i transfer my number to my Esteem without losing everything on the optimus M. should i just back up everything un-root and then re root, after i transfer his number over from his Ascend.

. I rooted this morning using one click root link i found on the forum. I was really scared about bricking but it worked
. i really am in debt to you guys.I'm on ZVB and I've heard people had their hanset updated OTA and lost root. How can i prevent that? Which is the best recovery rom to install? Hit me back when you can. I got the Verizon REV's case for it because I couldn't get a decent Trident. Amazons sold out.
