Phone with bad esn wanted

I wish you the best of luck, but in my experience, the PD "has better things to do." I had some issues with Sprint and identity theft, never had a single thing come of it.
I do wanna know what comes of this though, this scumbag needs to be brought to justice.
That's pretty much the attitude I got from MY local PD, but PA's sheriff office were very much interested in looking into it. They need to hear from our local PD - in order to proceed. Like I said, I'm waiting til Friday to hear back from them, and if I don't I will be back down there to push them a bit to make the call.

Hey, on a side note, I went to the Sprint store by where I was working today, I showed the kid the POS this douche bag stuck me with, and I explained my situation to him - also explained the situation with my insurance replacement - he told me hang on, lemme see if I can work somethin' out for you. Went in the back for about 10 minutes, came back out,and told me he worked it out with Asurion to allow me another replacement. Well, with the replacement, I had the EVO 4G on the account, so that's what I had to replace it with - BUT, they didn't have a refurbished EVO 4G, so they substituted it with a BRAND NEW,yes - BRAND NEW EVO 3D! Lol... They asked me if that was ok...lol. So, on its way to my house it is. Should have it by 10:30 AM. I know it's not a huge deal - but Asurion only replaces with refurbs, from what I know anyway, so I was pretty excited about it! Just thought I'd share...lol
Anyone wanna trade? LOL...

A feedback thread is definitely a good thing to have, but as seen here; not a preventative. The nice thing with iTrader is that it's directly attached to the person's profile, and shows up with every post the person makes. VERY easily identifiable, and when there's a -1 or more sitting on an iTrader directly attached to the person, you dont have to research them to know its a bad deal.
iTrader is just a mod for vbulletin: iTrader v2.0.1 - vBulletin.org Forum Because this forum is already vbulletin, you're good to go.

Just a suggestion. I know it wont help the situation at hand, but it'd be a preventative for the future.

or another thing to look at is heatware. HeatWare.com

I always check heatware to see that they have a good rating, and if i buy i always go through paypal, i have gotten my money back a few times from shady sellers.

if you wanted to look me up, look for my name, thrill kill.

As you can see i dont have my user name listed in the forum section for this website. so if someone said that they were me, and gave you my username, you could tell.

My PD sux ass. I went there with all my printed emails between us, showed them all the texts- they made copies of the emails, and told me they were going to contact PA. and to hang tight, they'll contact me once they here from them.... Honestly, he probably thru the papers out the second I walked out of the door, that was Monday. I think it's a lost cause to be honest. I know my PD, and they're not the helpful type. Who knows, maybe they'll surprise me.... sorry it wasn't better news guys.

Wow, I just read through this whole thread and this looks horrendous.
If you guys have his name and address, you know you can just file some paper work at a small claims court and bring him to court correct?

The court fees split amongst the people scammed is a small amount and I can definitely see you suing for well over $3000 in damages. In many cases, a lawyer can help you subpeona the records of the phones being on your lines which puts him on the losing end.

Also wanted to add, as a seller and buyer here, it really saddens me to see this stuff happen. I have been lucky enough to deal with great people here and never have been scammed.

My advice going forward is to really look at the compiled list of feedback and see who is trust worthy. If the person is not on that list, you run a RISK. Even if the person gave you his phone number and address, you aren't immune to being scammed as shown with this scumbag who scammed everyone.
