Help NHL Gamecenter works on Nexus?

Doesnt it black out local games? So you pay for it and cant even watch your team?

Well for me I am a Detroit Red Wing Fan, living in Chicago area. I watch about 98% of games.

The only reason it is blacked out is if it is on TV in your market. I watch on several devices in my HOME. Ipad, Macbook Air, Playstations, Apple TV.

Not sure what you mean by you can not watch your local team?

Same here, I also have issues when games are on the NHL network my cable provider does not provide; they own a monopoly in my area. This app is how I watch those games.

The spoofer app, I can't get to work with ICS. If I try to check in with the Facebook app it can't find anything near me, the list is blank. This is with GPS on or off using wifi only. I can only assume it's not sending the spoofed coordinates to Facebook and won't do it with this app either.

I did a manual update of the app today and it downloaded and installed properly. I launched with without a problem and I know it's the newer app because it came up with a tip screen I'd never seen before.

I went to an archived game and attempted to watch a clip of a goal score since no live games are being played right now. I got the same thing, the silver ring of nothingness. I let it spin for about 30 seconds, nothing happened.

My NHL Gamecenter updated at 1:30am this morning. Haven't been able to use it because the network is down. Does the location spoofer really work?

It does. I had some issues and emailed the developer who was very responsive. I don't know what my issues were initially but I tested it on wifi, 4G and GPS on/off - all sorts of scenarios. It works.

It would nice to hear from the NHL something other than a form letter response.

Edit: I just emailed support.

There is a Verizon version of the NHL app that is working for me. I canceled my live subscription until the main app works again, but I was able to watch the highlights and condensed games today with the free version. Anyone want to try it out?

It is in the Verizon section of the market and all 4G phones get premium services for free.
