Apple copied LG?!!?!

completely disagree. Every POS Windows computer I would own would get a virus within a year. I have had 5 Macs, not even so much as spyware let alone a virus and doing the exact same things. That alone makes Apple worlds better than any junk MS run product. My iPad is also far more productive than anything anyone else has released. Deny it all you haters want but Apple changes the tech world. They don't invent tech but as soon as they put their touch on it and it starts selling, all the other companies scramble to copy it. Funny.

by the way its not that we or should I rather say I that hate apple products but what I do hate about apple is that they sue and even try to ban company's for patent violation when they them selves use identical coding to Linux, yes identical, which is android but you don't see Linux complaining....but what is the touch they put on it ?

That is funny.
If you have an antivirus program installed and behave responsibly on the internet, it is actually very hard to infect a PC.
Macs are not safe from viruses. Macs are generally not considered worthy of a hacker's time. (Two very different things)

Personally I think tablet computers are useless eyecandy and consider smartphones way more usefull, but if it floats your boat, more power to you.
Please do enlighten me: what is Apple's "touch"? What makes their designs so incredibly, world-shattering awesome?

Edit:
In regard to buildquality

I know I pick durability over something that feels expensive.

what amazes me is that when a new apple product, eg iphone 5 comes out there will be millions of pre orders and crowds world wide but yet they don't even know if it has bluetooth or what processor it runs on, but they will still spend $800 buying it...i don't understand...will someone please explain it to me.

thanks in advance.

my theory...

it is about " the haves and the have-nots"

everyone wants to be able to have something that is exclusive... prove their worth to others (consciencely or sub-conscienely).

most exclusive things are out of reach of the general public.. super sports cars; rolex; high fashion; .. etc...

apple has made a device and with effective marketing... has put their line of products at the top fashion and a feeling of exclusiveness...

with phones... their cost is not a huge difference... so for the little bit more.. the general public that dont care to much about fancy functions.. they can walk around flashing their "i am cool too" accessory.

its sad that apple advertises its products as fashion accessories and not hard core tech.
...does this iPhone make my head look big ?...no
what about my thighs ?...no...dose it suit my clothing ?...yes..i agree...i should were a suit....uh...much better...ahem...

"Hi...ive got an iPhone 4S"...na... I need to practice a bit.

later that day, mr apple user goes to a shopping center and greets the employees at T mobile with the intention of showing off.

Mr apple...Hi...I've got an iPhone 4S.

employee...yes we've had a lot of problems with those...what seems to be the problem with yours ?

apple user...uh, nothing, sorry for bothering you.

employee says in his head: "typical iPhone user"

later mr apple goes to meet the gardener outside...
mr apple...Hi...ive got an iPhone 4S...

gardener: yeah...hello and I've got an iPhone 5...

mr apple: uh...you have a what ?

gardener: an iPhone 5...AKA Nexus 1

mr apple: ha!...where's the apple logo?!

gardener: my phone isn't an apple...its the whole tree.

mr apple: grrrr! (then walks away in defeat)

LOL...ive got another good apple joke but just don't know how to upload images to phandroid.

I had every anti-virus program known to man on my PCs, didn't help. Granted, most of the viruses came from P2P sharing but still, haven't had a single issue downloading any music or movies with any Mac. That right there is reason enough for me to never touch a Windows machine again. By Apple's touch, I mean their clean and sleek designs and how user friendly and appealing their devices are. As I said, they for sure didn't invent the MP3 or the tablet computer, but they came along and made great devices that sold like crazy and everyone else tried to copy them and cash in on the market Apple created. There have been well over 200 million iPods sold and they continue to sell very well. How are those Zune sales doing these days? LMAO

I don't run antivirus at all on my PC and haven't a bit of trouble. It's about the user making a wise choice on what he does or does not click on. As for your Mac not having a problem, that's because hackers design their malware to affect as many systems as possible. If you were going to invest hours upon hours into your malware program would you want it to catch 5% of the market or 86% of the market? Macs are not invulnerable they are simply a waste of time and effort.

As for iPod vs. Zune who really cares? I'll stick to Philips mp3 players that allow me to change batteries when dead and are cheap enough to lose or have stolen without it really mattering.

What Redneckrebel said.
In the last 12 years I never had a malware infection and I have been on P2P networks as well.
It is about being responsible, actually reading and thinking for a second before you click download and staying informed.

Design wise the iphone was not unique nor the first: (first prada phone, Samsung F700, Motorola ROKR E6, Philips S900 and there are more.)
It was however, very well put together, idiot-proof and cleverly marketed as a must-have, future-proof device. Good marketing is more important for a product's succes then actual quality and Apple is a master at marketing.

Appealing is a matter of taste. I think Apple's UI is confusing and looks pretty but boring. Their products are too expensive and their sandbox environment in all things media immediately put me of ever buying their products.
I know I am not alone, but if it floats your boat, more power to you.

Your "cashing in" accusation is nonsense. It is called competition. Companies is every field of business watch the trends and try to develop products that sell well in the current market. The one who does so the best, is the most succesfull. If Apple cannot stand the heat, it should get out of the damned kitchen.

NOT true! Not even close. Apparently you get all of your information off of FUD sites on the net, because this is just an urban myth. Long gone are the days when size of a operating system platform had anything to do with getting (or not getting) a virus. But let
