I haven't used any of the three. But I've essentially doubled my battery life running the AOKP ROM Milestone1 and the kernel that is apparently from Gummy. I've been able to undervolt significantly on this kernel, and I know that varies with individual phones, but it helps battery a lot.
It's not just the ROM but the kernel as well. So if you find a kernel that works well, you may be able to put it with a ROM you like, if they play well.
And a kernel that works well for one phone might not be the best for another.
I am currently running Axiom 2.2 and it's been great for battery life on my phone.

I have had fantastic luck with the Lean kernel as well so another vote for that. on wifi 80% and 4G 20% yesterday I went 12 hrs and was at 54% when I plugged my phone in before bed.
