[Verizon] Best Rom for Battery Life?

Seriously? How? 6 1/2 hours on 4G LTE gets me to 5%...

Are you also using wi-fi? Extended battery?

I'm using extended battery no wi-fi. With wi-fi, and no LTE, battery is much better.

No extended battery, pure LTE!

Its all about the kernal ...the one included in this ROM uses a system that shuts down cpu1 when the screen is off.

I also always do a full battery calibration when I change ROMs

I had similar results as you before switching over to Axiom, you should try it!

Currently sitting at 9 hours and 45 min. with 60% bettery left!

It's not just the ROM but the kernel as well. So if you find a kernel that works well, you may be able to put it with a ROM you like, if they play well.

And a kernel that works well for one phone might not be the best for another.

I am currently running Axiom 2.2 and it's been great for battery life on my phone.

^^ this

Better to ask "Best Kernel for Battery Life?" =)

My 2 favorites are Lean then franco, in that order. I also under volt them for further enhancements

I have had fantastic luck with the Lean kernel as well so another vote for that. on wifi 80% and 4G 20% yesterday I went 12 hrs and was at 54% when I plugged my phone in before bed.

AOKP ROM has great battery life.

Any ROM + Imoseyon's Leankernel is good.

Right now I am mixing the two.

I have heard good things about Francokernel, but I didn't have a good experience on it. Battery life was not as good as the above options.

I went to Vegas with AOKP stock, and was getting more than a day on 4G. Although I have a feeling Imoseyon would have gotten even better
