The Nexus is my first android and I am absolutely loving it. I have unlocked bootloader, rooted, and flashed clockwork mod so I am good to go, though I am still running stock as I want to wait and see what updates Google has to offer.
Cutting to the chase, I have screwed up. I ran Titanium Backup, backed up EVERYTHING, and decided to delete some apps. Being a dummy and knowing that I shouldn't do it, I uninstalled MyVerizon Mobile, but left VZ BackupAssistant.
My question is, will deleting this app affect my Nexus as far as being able to download the next OTA? I've heard nightmare stories of people not being able to download OTAs due to uninstalling "bloat" that actually wasn't bloat.
Lastly, if this will affect my phone's ability to install OTA updates, how do I go about reinstalling the app?

Remember too that for these weird problems, there's almost always a workaround that gets us back on track. So if you ever do have a problem with the OTA, you won't be the only one I'm sure...help is always near from my experience.
