I bought this phone a few months ago and I am having a lot of trouble connecting my phone to my PC. When I connect via USB it gives me options such as Update with Kies, Mass Storage, and Charge. I pick update with Kies and nothing happens.
I downloaded the Kies program and it won't recognize my phone. It installed all the correct drivers (several times) and it still won't recognize my phone. Why did they put the option in there if my phone won't work with the program and the program won't work with my phone?? My real question is this: What program can I use to easily sync my files via USB?
Also, I have a secondary question. How do I save text messages from my phone to my computer?? My ex-husband has been harassing me over custody of our daughter and I need to print these text messages out or at the very least back them up on my PC in case something happens to my phone before we go to court.
