Acer tech support's official reply to my query about upgrading the A500 to ICS is that they have "no information".
I see XDA blacked out today in protest of SOPA-PIPA. They are staying that way until they get 5,000 pledge "signatures" to contact one's legislators and politely protest the bills. So if you have a moment, how about heading on over to XDA and upping the count? They only accept one signature for each IP address, and they are filtering out duplicates.
Looks like Wikipedia followed suite with their promise to do the same. Personally, I prefer the way Google did it. By totally blocking access, these sites are also inconveniencing those of us who already know about those issues.
