I am having serious issues with my phone. I am not sure if it is a battery issue or if it may be a phone virus.
I downloaded the Avast virus protector app for my phone from the market. I noticed after I downloaded it that the battery life on my phone would die a lot faster than normal. I was already having battery issues but with that app the battery would die an hour after I fully charged it. It was absolutely ridiculous. So after a few days I uninstalled it.
Now after I uninstalled it, the phone has a serious problem with staying on 2 minutes off the charger. It will be fully charged and after a bit the phone will just shut down. I turn it back on and look at the battery level it shows in the yellow this is after several attempts to get it past the splash screen. I then plug the phone in and it will show battery level somewhere between 70 - 80%.
Anny suggestions on of this is a battery issue or if it is a virus?
