You don't have to do anything with it.
Go into your brower's settings and set it to use flash on demand or on always.
When you go to a website that uses flash it will either work (if you have it on always) or it will show a green arrow if you have it set to on-demand.

i have had it since day 1 and its perfectly fine. anything that requires flash on a website u can see, w/o it u cant. for instance, watching a live game from one of those p2p sites.
