Question For Otterbox Users With Maxx

Here is a pic of my Maxx in the Defender Series Otter box case. It is huge. but it is also nice not having to be as careful with a brand new phone. as for the power button being easier I cannot say because I didn't even turn on my phone before I put it in the case. http://imgur.com/KEHt9

if someone wants better pictures let me know. Took me a minute to think of how to get better pictures of my phone when it was the best camera around :)

Just ordered the commuter case. Just wish it had a holster.

While it won't help immediately, the Seidio Active case "may" work, when it becomes available. The reason I say may is because with my Blackberry 9930, the Otterbox Commuter fits the Seidio Active holster perfectly. This is because the Seidio Active case (for the 9930) is virtually the same size as the Commuter. Lets hope the same holds true here.

The defender was a bit to much case for me and I didn't need all that so I went with the commuter and it was the right choice. For me , this phone is just a bit to slippery and felt like a drop was going to happen sooner or later. Regarding the buttons, the commuter makes them easier to use anytime and find at night as well. The case also gives the maxx a real solid feel. It's tough to find just the right case sometimes. i tried 3 before settling on the commuter. Third times a charm for me. Love this case. My first otterbox and I'm sold.

Not much bulk at all. It makes the Maxx feel better IMO, I was using the Verizon shell/holster combo and like it too, but the Commuter does make the buttons much easier to operate and is about the same overall bulk.

I love the shell holster combo , it feels better than any case ive used . And still keeps the phone fairly thin. Good grip , I can lay the phone down face down , i get a holster , and i get to keep my kick stand( coming from a thunderbolt*sheepish grin*) .win win win win.......on subject , fact that this phone is pretty water resistant makes me not need that much extra heft . Ive had the defender and the commuter a couple of times on various phone. im just scared for the bottom and top chromish bezel.
