Root Which ROM has been on your phone the longest?

AdamZ's ROMS are always enjoyable. His latest ROM is a rom.tgz with easy-to-use menus where you can select/de-select things to install (defaults exist so you don't need to know anything to install).

Check my latest thread. I have SGv5.0.1 installed and it's amazing...from installation to performance. It was a total snap...even for a noob like me.
I would recommend against using the Droid font though, only because it affects unformatted fonts on webpages. It's cool to look at, but not read an entire news article, etc., with.

Most likely a stupid question but I will ask anyway as a whole lot of G1 owners would want this. Is there an upgrade Rom or Zip file that I can use to upgrade a Non-Rooted G1 ? Why are we stuck with 1.6 yet you guys get the good stuff? Are you guys smarter than the Google people? Maybe they should give you a job !

i like DroidMod formerly SholesMod. its been the most stable rom for me. i installed Adamz SG 5.0.1 and its a little buggy on my droid but after some trial and error am able to run it without any FC.

Bugless Beast 2.1 v.5 has been on my phone for a few days now which is probably the longest I have gone since I rooted. I dont plan on switching anymore until something impressive surfaces. Like if that sense room greek is working on comes out and isnt buggy as hell.

Pete's Bugless series, beast and beauty has been on the longest, but I'm running ADC 2.1 v03 right now, Pete's 2.1 was running great, but i use the native browser and I couldn't deal with the lag when typing....so I tried the ADC 2.1, and haven't looked back yet. I really like the 2.1 launcher, and it isn't too buggy....

Pete's Bugless Beast has been on the longest so far. i ran 7.3, 7.4, and 7.5. eventually i started having issues with 7.5 so i switched to Adams Smoked Glass Rom v4.5, and then the night v5.0.1 came out i switched to that.

i will be sticking with AdamZ Smoked Glass. SG just seems more polished and less buggy, and i also like all the blue. nothing against Pete, but BB v7.5 didn't run very smooth for me and then ever since 7.5 i heard nothing but problems in the forums. stuff about people loosing su permissions and stuff. sounded like i mess so i have stayed away.

i am currently running AdamZ Smoked Glass ROM v5.0.1 with Modified Hi-Res blue framework-res, Pete's 2.0.0 lockscreen patcher and Home++ and all is going very well.

I'm using DroidMod 1.0 currently.. been with them since I've rooted.

I was actually just going to switch today to one of pete's ROM's, but I decided not to when I read it can be a tad buggy and stuff, so I guess I'll just stay with DroidMod until I find something better. I'm sure pete will come out with something huge soon.

Or maybe I'll try the Sense UI ROM? Not sure if I like the whole Sense look though. :cool:

I've tried a fair amount of different ROMS and versions of ROMS but I keep going back to AdamZ and his smoked glass blue ROMS.

Awww...I thought me and BB V0.5 would last longer than this but I'm having battery life issues. I'm gonna try Simply Stunning tonight and see if I have better results.

Only 4 days with this ROM version. I'm kinda sad....but I'll probably get over it.
