Not to rub it but there is a REASON why the dev(s) have named it as an ALPHA release. Please read the first post on this thread and you will get the idea...

Alpha is not for everyone... But, honestly, apart from Camera, this is an awesome build and am willing to sacrifice the minor hiccups for the ICS experience.

For some reason my market and calender instantly force close on startup and on any attempt to open them. I've tried with both builds and have reflashed gapps as well as redownloading and reflashing gapps,

I also wipe the cache, davik, and format before installing from zip and tried after as well...

Not sure whats up.

Did you flash gapps immediately after flashing the ROM and before rebooting? Also, did you reboot again once the ROM booted for the first time?

I have to agree with you especially as the working list gets longer it becomes important to list any major features not working such as camera and voice actions. Mantera just a simple request for others just coming on board and not familiar with the development process. ;)

If you managed to brick it by flashing cm7 that would be amazing. In the sense of people have done worse and haven't bricked it. If you can at least get into the bootloader then you can just put the stock image on the mobile partition and it would work.

Golly gee! I think that just MIGHT mean "THE FEATURE IS NOT WORKING!"

Also, this is an ALPHA build and there are a lot of stuff that are still NOT working. We all know what they are. Therefore I am not taking bug reports yet at this time. Once the major functions have been implemented, I think we can move into BETA and then at that time, a bug reporting area will be provided.

My build had no changes to anything related to the radio.

I upgraded from my build to manteras 0.6.3 and the 3g drops are the same

Hmmm...that's strange, I had the 0.6.3 build for a day, and it constantly dropped 3g and showed an "R", I have no idea what that is. I switched back to your build, and it has dropped only once in 6 hours. I guess everyone is having different experiences.

Again, thanks Nate for your contribution. I will continue to use yours until Mantera pushes out the next build.

I went back thru this whole thread and checked for this prob but couldn't find it. So please forgive me if I've missed it. Not reporting a bug just seeing if anyone can help me solve the prob. OK, so every time I reboot, my wifi has to be manually re connected. It will not reestablish the connection on its own. Anyone know a fix? Also I use juice defender. Think that could be the prob? Thanks for all the help and btw, the newest build is pretty dang snappy. I am indeed enjoying it. Woot woot devs!

I just rebooted twice, with and without JuiceDefender enabled, and I had wifi come up both times. However, I'm not seeing the wifi network browser at all in my settings (it's got my existing connection memorized from google cloud sync), so there definitely might be something flaky going on.

My path to 0.6.3 was 0.6.2 -> clear cache -> factory reset -> 0.6.3 rom -> titanium backup restore. If you didn't do a clean wipe between updates, it might be worth a shot.

Another thing I can note that's not working is the controls on a headset with a mic. I've used an app called Jays Headset Control on both cm7 and miui and it works flawlessly. Skipping tracks and volume control is worth it if you are on a crowded bus or train. Is there any way of getting this fixed? I'm a heavy music listener and would greatly appreciate it. Keep up the good work guys :)

Uhm I used my friends HTC headset on with these alpha roms and those work fine. Pause/play forward/back etc.
