Returned my Maxx, went back to my old Fascinate.

So a couple of you who have been here in this section of the forums since day one may remember me as one of the very firsts who bought this phone. I bought it on the day it came out.

I had issues with items, especially note widgets and weather widgets, freezing and not updating. I would also have folders I had placed on the homescreen disappear upon use and would reappear after I lock and then unlock the device.

The phone looked promising, had an awesome battery life, but Motoblur killed it for me. I had already known they have had several technical issues in the past due to reading up previous owners' experiences on this forum, but I didn't expect it to be this bad and annoying.

So I am back to my good ol' Samsung Fascinate. I love the Fascinate, I have no problems with TouchWiz, and the battery is still pretty good on it. I get around 16-24 hours on a full charge -shrugs- :)

I did have a thread here of me rambling about my issues but it's been so long I thought it'd be better creating a new thread. Also, I am not trying to convince anyone to not get this phone, I'm just sharing my experiences. :D

Well...seeing as how me and my kids mother are fighting over using my RAZR..

Its made for me and her. :D. Yea...thats the RAZR...not Maxx.

But yea...been posting this recently...whatever phone you get, if it doesnt have any major problems, annoying issues...consider yourself lucky.

I had the RAZR, G Nex and Rezound. Have the RAZR and Rezound now. And I am the most happiest with my RAZR. WISH I could get the Maxx...may try to see if I can get it at the upgrade price, maybe.

Thanks for sharing.... I think...Why bother if you don't like it? You'll never talk any of us into sending it back.
