watch for it autoinstalling into system without warning just after a restart
it did this to me and my phone didnt like it as i didnt have enough system space due to a custom mtd
after it installed i rebooted and i got stuck in a bootloop. had to mount system via recovery and manually remove the fker

bit cheaky of google that, bypassing amazon and such and just saying "here have this one "

Both running CM7 I see as well...nothing here with Sense 2.3.3

yeah we are, maybe google pushing it to aosp first. it was done as market update.

im runing cm7 light edition and its 2.3.3

Err... After rebooting the phone, the app is back on system partition...
Bloody Spammers...

uninstall it using titanium backup
back it up first though, there is no way of finding it in the market
wonders wtf google are playing at

I'm getting a notification that Google Books is trying to update, but because the file is so big it sez it requires a WiFi connection. I don't have a WiFi connection. Using connection from my phone service. I tried re-booting to perhaps stop it, but this does not. It's still there in my notifications and I can't get rid of it. I don't use Google Books either!

Anyway..does anyone know what's going on here?

Many thanks for any and all help.

ps..as a newbie into the cell phone stuff, don't know if I can do what you guys have here, on my own phone.
