[Verizon] [ROM][4.0.4] AOKP ICS B40/M6/Mods (7/8)

I just read through a bunch of posts on kang and see that a lot of people are experiencing keyboard problems (native and with at least 3 after market apps) where the keyboard acts like the keys are being selected but nothing appears on the screen. Many people here experiencing this? I use my phone a lot SSH into servers to do work while away from my office and this would be a major downfall.

Haven't had this problem at all and I've been on AOKP since build 13 or so.

The only time I ever experienced something similar was because of a theme. I couldn't see the typing because it was black type on black background but I don't recall ever having type just not be there

Thanks, just downloaded it and loaded it up. Will see. Worst case scenario I'll go back to my nand.

Booting 27 as well-- Hoping the notification lights aren't buggy-- it's been driving me nuts.

It now gives the option for LED while screen is ON. Check it, and the LED will light up while the screen is on. Uncheck it, and it won't. I'm keeping it unchecked.

I'm on mobile on the Phandroid app at the moment so I can't now, but essentially, it shrinks the keys by 25% or at least the setting I'm on does. It can go smaller, but 30 seems to be just right

I don't like no soft keys, but I do like more room, and there is the perfect solution

what build are you on BB? May be time for an upgrade..

Is anyone else who uses Currents having a tremendous battery drain from it? It's killing almost 20% of my battery per day

I am running the B27 included kernel a while for comparisons sake. I am not noticing a big contrast in behavior be it battery or performance.

What I am noticing is I seem to have 4G @ home and I am WAY out of 4G range! Something is going on because the non-WiFi speeds are higher that I have seen here. I barley have a signal 110dBm 30asu LTE:14.

I am running a Samsung Network Extender but its labeled as a 3G unit.

All I know is I ain't touchin no kernel, radio, or ROM for a while eh!?

WoW! Thanks Verizon and I am not going back to B26 to find out.
