Device is in great shape. Its rooted running the latest version of Team Eos 4.0.3 ROM. The screen is flawless and there are 1-2 minor nicks on the back panel

Update: I sent in my Xoom for the 4G upgrade on Thursday. Based on the reports of users who sent theirs in it seems like the turnaround is pretty quick so I expect it back this upcoming week.

Hopefully this will create some more interest as its a great deal for someone who may want 4G now or in the future.
