I typed it all out so that I wouldn't lose it again...

  1. Press the Menu key
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Wireless controls
  4. Tap Mobile networks
  5. Tap Access Point Names
  6. Press the Menu key
  7. Tap New APN

Hi!
I have same problem, what do you put as username and password? the one before MMSC, is it the phone no# I don't know and I don't have hopes that Bell tech will help me at all.

I had the same problem, followed your steps, and still nothing!!! Why can't I receive picture messages?!?!


I'm having the same problem. I googled ways to fix it, and the only thing I found was APN settings and erase your messages. My next step now is to contact the carrier themselves and see, because if I am paying for it, I prefer to have the ability to use it. Lol.

i have a problem. when i try to send a MMS, there is a pop up that says "currently unable to send your messge. It will be sent when the service becomes available." and below the picture, it says sending... i checked on bell.ca if my contract allowed me to send and recieve MMS and it said i could. idk what's happening with my phone. HELP!:(:(:( my phone is a Samsung Galaxy W. I dont have a data plan either.
