Hey guys so Im new here, coming from the GNex..wondering what Roms are best and fully reviewed so far? Is there any ICS ports leaked? and can we use Razr roms or do they have to be maxx?

Yes, you can use a Razr ROM, there are several listed in the All Things Root section in the regular Razr forum. There are a few ICS ports at this point. Personally I'm using the Axiom ICS ROM, it's not perfect yet (none of them are), but it's good enough to use as a daily driver. There are a couple of others that look like they'd probably be as good, I just haven't bothered to try them.

Yes, I was looking at Axiom too. Looks pretty good besides the fact that the camera doesnt work. Is there any good video or full written up tutorial? Thanks in advance!

I'm not aware of any videos on it, and I wouldn't expect there to be a FULL write up on any ROM. What one person likes another person thinks is awful. Pretty much you just try them until you find one you like.
Note that it's only the front camera that doesn't work, the back camera works fine.

Thanks for that..I didnt know it was only the front camera, thats no big deal at all..
Anyone else have any other suggestions for any good performing ROMs? I really want to keep the stock ICS look (more or less)..

i have been playing around with Gummy 0.8.3 ICS 4.0.3 and i like it alot.. also the FFC seems to work just fine on this rom!

Until data drops on ICS roms are fixed, I am running Eclipse! Best rom for this phone so far. Smooth and fast.
I reckon that data drops are due to the radios and kernel not being made for ICS but for GB.
But by all means try them all!

That sucks! I had no data drops at all on stock build. On the first version of Gummy I did. That is why I am on eclipse. Its a great rom. Its still gingerbread but its smooth fast and just works!

The newest AXI0M B12 is sweet. No video, but the ffc works.
I too had data drops, but if you go into ROM Control and change your governor to "ondemand" it cures the data drops.
Right now the DL link is broken apparently, but it should be up I would assume soon.
