Perfect launcher companion for ICS??

I'm sure there have been posts on this before concerning gingerbread, but just wandering if anyone had any recommendations on the best launcher for the GS2 post-ICS-upgrade.

My Go launcher has become a bit laggy despite trying various things (full wipe, reinstall etc etc) and was getting bored of it anyway..

Anyone have any good recommendations? I've heard good things about nova?

Priorities for me are SPEED, and also the ability to hide the status bar. And obviously not a 'dead' platform like launcher pro.

Nova Launcher - I guess that's the best out there for ICS.

Before you ditch Go Launcher, try it with this theme:

I use it and I have no speed issues.
