I did a dumb thing to my phone I changed my boot animation on my phone and now its stuck there im looking to find a way to restore it back to factory settings back the update tool that i have doesnt work it doesnt reconize my phone pls helpppppp

yes i did all that almost everything and nothing and that dumb upgrade tool doesnt do anything at all there has to be another way. I liked the prevail because it has that program and all but with this phoen everything is grrrr

Did you try to get to FTM mode and using the upgrade online tool?...

yeah i did that but it doesnt recognizes my phone and when i download it from the site it downloads like a virus type dont if thats why it wont work

The way I got the PC to recognize my phone in ftm mode it was by installing the pdanet driver. Google it and install it and try to see if it works
