Newegg page mentions transfers up to 30MB/sec

It's overstated because it does not represent the speed of a sustained transfers (it's burst speed) #1 and thats READ speed only #2. They always use deceptive claims to sell you on something (READ) which is pretty much irrelevant or theoretical. The card should write between 6-8Mbps and that is the maximum. Class 10 cards will write 10-12Mbps where the class designation actually represents the WRITE speed. If a class 6 could write anywhere near 30Mbps then class 10 would have no reason to exist.

Yes I too would fill that up quick. I have just over 4000 mp3s which translates to roughly just under 30gig alone. Then there's hi-def vids and pics.

I have 12,000 songs on my Note between the two memory cards..lol. I wish I could fit them all but for the ones I can't I either use Audiogalax, Amazon Cloud or the soon to be available AudioTap that I loved on my iPhone.
