Fast for Facebook or Official Facebook app?

Fast for Facebook is great. Keep in mind, the app is just about a month old and its ALREADY gotten so much attention. Its still in freakin beta. Whereas, Official Facebook has been around how long. Pfft....choice is a no brainer for me.

Choice is a no brainer too if your GF has third party restrictions and only the official Facebook app can see and comment on her status posts. LOL.

Come on, lets be honest there: if it's your GF you could simply ask her to let 3rd apps interact with her profile. Any other friend on FB makes it more difficult.

Actually, I'm the one who set it up. A lot of people have been hacking into her account and impersonating her and such. We just enabled every single security feature. LOL.

Anyway, I prefer Friendcaster anyway over the official Facebook app. However the latest app is working fine now for me (I have both in the phone, but now using the official app more often).

Off topic but hopefully helpful, a lot of facebook hacks have to do with cookie hijacking. This is because facebook sends you encrypted data but does not require you to send your data back encrypted. So apps and software programs designed to sniff air traffic can capture cookies and sessionids and post as the account holder, change options etc... I don't use facebook on public networks but I think the fix for this is to force ssl or visit facebook as https://www.facebook.com instead of http://www.facebook.com. I've never had to do it myself but it may be worth looking into for her...

Enabled it too, but decided its better if to just to stick to official apps in this case.
