IMO: Stay away from task killers.

I agree 100%; I started having reboot and FC issues when I started using a task killer. Removed it, did a hard reset, not a single FC or reboot.

I still have task panel installed, but I've turned off all of the auto kill "features" I mostly use it now to help me see which processes and att "native" apps are related and seem to require eachother.

If you look at a lot of the poor batterry life threads id say 75% or more are task killer issues. If the app is set to auto kill it will kill the battery in a matter of 3-4 hours easy.

With TP installed but the auto features off I'm getting 2 days(normal use, 100 texts, 80 or so emails, 2 hours talk and some forum poking a day) or about 30 hours when I'm trying new apps or messing with an apk that was running fine in my sim.

While its not lasting for 5 days like my bold would under simular usage, I don't expect it. Hopefully the battery opt that moto is rolling out soon will get me closer to that
