Help phone alarm problem

I have used the native Android alarm since I first got an OG Droid 1, and it looks like this when it goes off....

Just a few days ago a new, and different alarm has appeared on my Bionic, and I can't figure out which app it is related too. The new alarm looks like this.....

I had not loaded any new apps in the days prior to this alarm appearing.
Does this alarm look familiar to anyone? If so, how do I disable it? It goes of every day at 7:00am and it is annoying.
