Help Record you phone call?

I down loaded "Auto Call Recorder" and I have tested it once, seem to work good. It does have a lot of features.
It seems very handy since it will automatically start recording when you place or receive a call, you can also build a list of calls to record based on your contacts. I am playing with that now.
I think on most phones you have to record through your mic so this requires you speaker to be on so it can record both sides of the conversation. I believe this also excludes the use of blue tooth.

Just for reference and knowledge

"The U.S. federal law allows recording of phone calls and other electronic communications with the consent of at least one party to the call. A majority of the states and territories have adopted wiretapping statutes based on the federal law, although most have also extended the law to cover in-person conversations. 38 states and the D.C. permit recording telephone conversations to which they are a party without informing the other parties that they are doing so.

12 states require, under most circumstances, the consent of all parties to a conversation. Those jurisdictions are California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington.

It is illegal under all jurisdictions to record calls in which one is not a party."

If you aren't in one of those 12 states, then does that mean that it's legal because you are consenting?

Also, if you have a ringback tone or message stating that "this call may be recorded for quality purposes" or something like that, does it make it legal?

I knows that this forum's stance on the subject is that they aren't enforcing against the discussion of this topic because of its grey areas.

Sorry for shifting the topic slightly, but how would we change our ringback tones? I was looking it up some time ago and didn't find anything, looking for "ringback tone" in the Play Store and I got things for normal ringtones (and an app called Hits Music Ringback Tone)

You actually has to add money to ur account in metro pcs store nd check metro studio theres an option to search for ringback tones m8
