I've never run into this before. Since flashing Gummy (an ICS ROM), my phone no longer seems to fully recognize when I have my PC connected to my phone. I get no notification asking how to treat the USB connection and the phone never charges. The battery indicator does change, and the lock screen says Charging, but it's not actually charging. If anything it seems to drain faster, which makes no sense.
My phone does charge normally with a regular wall charger, luckily.
