Ascending ringtone...annoying???

Wow someone else on this planet that has a little thought for others. I need an ascending ringtone for my Magic, its the first phone i have ever had that does not have the ascending ring volume as an option.
IMO everyone should use this, so that the rest of us can read or what not without getting blasted by some ridiculous ringtone.............there really is no need.....unless you are deaf or have some sad idea that the louder it rings the more popular or important you are.

I am having the same problem with my new phone LG Optimus Net Dual P698.

The ring starts at a very low volume, but I need a constant sound because I want to here the Voice Caller Id. But with the ascending mode i could here the sound only after the Caller Id is read out.

Somebody Please help me to change the settings with out installing other applications.
