Goo.im Downloads - CTMod3.6-Prevail.zip

File Explorer keeps telling me there's an update available but when I click on it it just crashes and Force-Closes.

And the browser shows up in the market as Spinnix, don't know if that's normal.

its a bug in the app. you can turn off auto updates for the file explorer or you can manually update it - Porting and extending Miui file explorer (May 16 - v2.3.7.32 - build 2012051604) - xda-developers

next time I update chrome I'll make it so it doesn't show up like that.

Hey Gents,

I noticed an issue with 3.5 and now 3.6 when using Gtalk! If you've hung up from a phone call and go back to Gtalk it doesn't automatically sign you back in as previous versions have done. Your contacts within Gtalk are not lite up and requires a manual signout and sign-in to reappear. Minor at best but just figured I had to report something, lol. Good job on this one, Blood!

I've been having this weird issue where my apps are disappearing. I installed CTmod 3.6 and put CT Nak'd theme on it. Last night I had the phone working the way I wanted it to. I installed the few apps that I need and all. But this morning I lost some of those apps. They're just not on my phone any more.

I noticed that my app storage space went back down to a few hundred megabytes. Ok. So this means that once I activate the ext4 partition for use the apps are installed to it but for some reason the partition is not loading up and then I lose the apps.

Anyone else notice this? Got solutions? I'm assuming if I redo koumamod settings I'll get it back... but I haven't tried. I wiped my phone and started over... then it hit me. But if it happens again I'm sure to try.

I had an issue like that in 3.5. Check superuser and make sure CTMod and koumamod are not denied on one permission. Just happened to me. I got click happy! :rolleyes:

open playstore hit menu go to my apps then under the search magnifier glass hit all it should show you every app you ever installed

Actually all you need to do to see all the apps you've installed is hit the menu tab, select my apps . The screen will then show the apps that are installed. Just drag the screen to the left and all the apps you've installed in the past will show.

its the end of the world...dec 21st bro, the magnetic fields are all wishy washy...they had to adjust last year, because planes instruments were off some degrees, and approached landing areas that were way off.

i have smart tools which you pay for but there is smart compass and don't know if it works, but the one in smart tools works perfect for me, i even tested it with an anolog and digital compass off my boat and it compares perfect.

So i flashed 3.6 ,recent one...
then using that kouma apk, chose DATA
then using the kouma zip, flashed it for partitioning...
using CWM recovery, went into partitioning mode, chose the HIGHEST one, which was 4gigs, swap size was 0, it was good,successful.

rebooted, says 4gigs free space (internal) out of 16gig card Class4
i know its not 100% 16gigs, system resources..etc

I wanted to make it MORE than 4gigs, out of 16 it has 11gigs available, so maybe getting 6gigs of space..instead of the 4gigs.

Is that a limitation on prevail...or i missed a step.

this is a naked version of 3.6 with the kouma mod, meaning no apps,no user data...

so when i install the apps, it should reduce it from internal memory of 4gigs
and not have anything "moved to the sd card"

just trying to get it right on my phone, ever since i rooted my mothers phone shes always complaining...it hangs up...( her makeup clogs the screen or her finger nails, no not the long scary ones) something is always going wrong, i think she is just paranoid...she says she wants to go back to boost stock, not knowing its stuck at 160MB with bloatware...

but once i get 3.6 and partitioning right...everything is set up right, then ill know its her...say happy (late) mothers day, and walk away..lol

How can I increase Volume on CTMod 3.6 ?

At full volume my ringtones and all sounds coming from the phone really are not that loud. Even when using the speakerphone it seems quieter than before.

-I tried manually editing my media files I use for ringtones and bumping up the levels in an editor but when they play it is still at the same level.

Is their a volume fix for 3.6 ?

4 will be plenty i have 2 ext and then 2 ext for the other and then 10 fat for a 16gig card. i'm running ssm, and i have like 100 apps now had more before and have 49 used and 111 free. with data the numbers would be like 4.5 gigs free.
the reason 11 is avaliable is because the 4 is part if the internal now and some is used foe the disk setup , so won't ever get a full 16 out of it.

the volume levels are the same in 3.6 as they are in stock EJ06, every version of CT 2.0 and all of 3.0 except a couple of early versions.

I think theres some apps that can increase it and theres some files in /system/etc that can be edited to increase it but I haven't messed with them in a long time to remember what to do.

i have tried some apps and they will make it sound a little more but not much. gotta make sure to not blow speaker out. i want louder speaker phone on incalls and can't get any to work so just kinda dealing with it.

You all can think I'm crazy but every 3 point version of CTMod has been super quite on the volume, never was like that on the 2 point versions. Anyways I always flash that Dre beats zip that's floating around in here and it brings the volume back to normal. Very very noticeable. Even people around me agree, so I know its not just my ears or my crazy mind.

Give it a.try, I'm sure it will help....n that's just my experience.

The equalizer that comes with Dre Beats will help. That's a fact. You can just DL it from the market.

You should be able to just pull it from one of the older versions.
