I dropp off the radar for a few hours and KA-POW!!! We have full blown EVo'splosion!! I can't wait until Friday evening when I get back into town, I'll cruise my tookus up to BB and pick my tasy, super fresh ICS evo up!!

PS: I'm completely alergic to dairy, seriously. To the point, if I look at Ice Cream, I get instasnt stomach cramps and horrid gas. Sorry, that may have been a little tmi.

PSS: I wanted to show my sincerest congratulations and mucho respecto for the Pearly Mon. 20K is an absolutely ludacrous thanks achievement!!

With all the good LTEVO news today. I got giddy and out of curiosity went down to local Sprint store.

anyway, Sprint got all the accessories in at my local sprint store and was just going show them.

I'd so hate to work for Sprint through a situation like this. Can you imagine the phone calls every 2 seconds from someone asking (or yelling at you) about their phones and wanting info. you either don't know or aren't allowed to give out? And even now I bet all they can tell anyone is to watch for their tracking number, unless they have EM's magic 8 ball they probably don't know where everyone's phones are either.

Looks like everyone who pre ordered straight through sprint online will be receiving there phones first.

just to be clear... radioshack hasnt issued a SINGLE update to anyone... corrrect? bc the only statement i have seen from them was to me... after i constantly posted on their FB wall... lol definetly learned my lesson on this one

Sprint told me people who ordered from Sprint get there's 1st there at at warehouse. They said BB gets there's from HTC not Sprint does anyone know? My friend called Sprint and she was told all phones are at the warehouse no matter where you pre-ordered. So they told her that even BB and RS phones are at the warehouse and everyone that pre-ordered is getting there phone whether it's from Sprint or BB or RS and I am leary on that. I was told it's only for Sprint people and I've read that online.

But I am pretty hopeful that in the next 24 hours I'll get that BB email and I bet we can get ours on the 24th maybe even the 23rd. I know they told me until Sprint announces a release date they can sell it early even if they have it so I guess will wait and see. I am so wanting to get this the pink Katana DLX isn't cutting it. LOL! I think I've said that already.

I doubt anyone that pre-ordered from anywhere other than Sprint will hear anything until tomorrow at the earliest. We didn't even hear about the phones being cleared until late in the day today so Sprint will still need to communicate it to the other companies before they can then send out emails.

But do BB and RS phones come from the warehouse too. That is where the phones are being shipped from to people that ordered directly from Sprint. The warehouse right here in my town. The one time I don't order from Sprint and the one time I order from BB to save 50 bucks I am once again without smartphone and wished I had pre-ordered from Sprint now cause I bet I would have my phone on Tues or Wed cause I always get them the next day through Sprint. I still think BB will be by the end of the week.

regardless RS hasnt said a thing from the beginning.. if i were living under a radioshack rock i would still be wondering why i didnt get my evo on the 18th and no idea what the heck is going on

I'm betting that BB is very reluctant to release any emails (considering the foul up with the 5-23 email a few days ago). I'm guessing they're going to have to be 110% percent certain that they'll have every single pre-order (possibly in their stores) before they send out anymore confirmation dates. In this day of instantaneous news via the web, a small slip can suddenly become a PR nightmare in a matter of hours.

Well my BB didn't know anything and at least they sent out emails. But I had to tell my BB it was gonna be the 23rd and they kept telling me to come in on the 18th. Of course then after the email about the 23rd another one came out with no release date. So I am hopeful even though my store still knows nothing that I will get an email from BB sometime tomorrow.

I just got off the phone with Sprint Account Services because I canceled my data line. But of course they offered the buy out option for the line. I denied but asked if I had the option available to my voice line that isnt due for an upgrade til Sept. He said yes of course for $45 and then I asked about the LTE EVO and he said he just got an email about it that it was cleared and due to ship on the 24th.

This just happened a minute ago. This is what the Account Services rep told me.

It been confirmed that they are due to arrive on doorsteps on ( or around). The 24th

Yeah I did see your previous posts about their lack of communication.

Imo you should call or email corporate to complain. Even if they had no control over it they should still have given some communication.
