first thing, make sure you back up your sd card to your pc because its gonna get erased. i found that out the hard way. second, reboot into recovery. go to mounts and storage. go to format ext. it will ask you what size you want. and wallah!!!! there you go. your sd card should now have a folder that says nmc ext
Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the OP wants to know how to install requisite0's clockworkmod with ext4 support. If that is the case, then simply download the recovery from his thread http://androidforums.com/admire-all...om-cwm-kernel-cm7-2-rc1-requisite0-beta2.html Then save it to your sd card. Afterwards flash it over the clockworkmod gained through Odin, then reboot recovery.

You got a corrupted zip file. Could've happened during download or when you transferred it to your sdcard. A PC's front USB ports are bad for data transfer to android... and even worse for phone flashing. Use Odin to reflash the original recovery and try again but this time avoid those tempting frontal ports. Also redownload the zip from a different browser. I don't recommend Chrome or Safari Browser. IE sucks too. I hope things work out for you.
If your file happened to be corrupt then I suggest downloading the files from your phone onto the sdcard. I do that due to the ease of it, and I do not notice any errors/flaws. If you did download it directly to your sdcard then I don't know.
I would suggest going stock through Odin and then flashing clockworkmod 5.0.2.7 again. After that I would flash the clockworkmod 5.0.2.8 by requisite0.
PS. I do know what you mean by being stuck on the ANDROID screen. When I encountered that, excessive attempts to boot into recovery eventually let me in.
