Nobody. They're just reviewing it BEFORE it even comes out based on what they think about the phone. It's stupid if you ask me.

i felt the same way. don't comment if you don't have phone !
im contacting developers to see if there gonna be coming over. i can live with 4..0 and sene for a while but i really want sense 4.0 and Roms.

I'm a dev. I was going to start working on it as soon as I got it. See if I can look at the partitions, see if they've been changed from the Evo 3D and get clockworkmod ported for it.

Yeah, "early reviews" are typically opinions or guesses or how the product will be like. Check out any popular unreleased product on Amazon and they are full of them. I wish some sites would lock "reviews" until the release date, but whatever. =S
