Help Phone popping up in Google Play?

When I went to download an app and chose my phone there was a new phone there. It was a T-Mobile Samsung GT-N7000 or an unlocked Galaxy Note. I do not own one. Does anyone know how this could be here, how to get rid of it? Thanks a lot.

It would appear that someone has compromised your gmail account and is using it on another device. Change your password and report it.

Hello, mail929. :)

It's nice to have you aboard. I hope you'll enjoy your stay here. The best place to find help, tips & tricks for your device - would be in its area of support.

You can select your device model from the list here where you can interact with the other users -- who will give you help to get the best out of your device.

Mail929 was not asking for support on a device. Mail929 was trying to figure out how an additional device became attached to their google play account.
