Apps Help me preparing android development kit

hi
finally i found a forum that might help me
i spent all day trying to get android development kit setup

everytime i google i find defferent site tell me different thing

firstly i found the andoid development kit but after i install it i found out i need eclipse, i googled it i found like 100 versions of this "eclipse" and when i try to install i get that jre is required ....!!! ok
i googled that again and found zillion versions of it
i installed and tried with eclipse again and i still get the jre is needed ?????

is there any website that shows the steps of installing everything ( and again everything ) with direct links to what need to be installed ... please...
