From old to new device

What program do the best job, when I shall have all my programs stored on a Samsung Galaxy SII moved to a new Samsung Galaxy S3?

Are there backup / restore programs also taking data, so that I do not have to start over with my game?

My phone is NOT root'ed

In my experience, all the apps I had on my Galaxy SL was immediately downloaded and installed on my new Galaxy Tab as soon as I logged in to Google Play. Google play actually detects if its a new device, so it syncs some data. For your game data, you can just transfer the files directly by connecting your devices via usb. There should be a data folder for that game in the main drive of your old phone.

I downloaded a program called Super Manager that has the ability to back up the APKs to your SD card. It claims root isn't required.

on your previous device, did you make sure to enable google to back up your data? it should be right around settings> privacy

Yes I have enable privacy and backup with google,
but what shall I do on my new device to get my google backup installed, and I can choose what it is to be copied onto the new phone
