I'll try to keep this short:
Have a Moment i bought from Best Buy about 14 days ago. Never been to a sprint store with it (assumed it doesn't have CL14 SBL).
Downloaded Odin 3.98
moment.ops
SPH-M900_ZE12...
Ran Odin 3.98, put moment in downloading mode, connected to odin fine, one package, moment ops, ZE12, and hit start. It hung at 'check download environment'.
restarted phone in download mode, reconnect usb, tried the steps again (like one post said), same result.
Saw somewhere to go to CL05 before going to ZE kernel. only found SPH-M900_CJ05_REL.tar, so tried it, same result, hung at 'check download env...'
Thought i might actually have the SBL update by some chance, tried SPH-M900_ZE11-patchoob_KERN.tar, same result.
Thought i'd try going back to standard CL14, found SPH-M900_CL14_WORKING_SYSTEM_ONLY.tar, same result
Saw a post regarding using Odin 4.03, download that, tried pretty much everything above using it, same result.
Moved all the files from my win7 machine to my XP machine...repeated everyting above, same result.
Made sure firefox wasn't running. Never needed PC studio b/c my phone connected fine (and b/c i downloaded PC studio to my win7 machine and it screwed up the USB connection...before i went back to the auto-detected drivers that worked).
It hangs every time on the "check download environment".
WORST part is, when i pull the battery, and push the power on button, i get a little "picture" with a phone on the left, a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it in the middle, and a PC on the right, and it just sits there. Phone won't boot....basically bricked at the moment.
Does anyone PUHLEASE have any ideas what i can do to rescue this?
