I got my rezound on wednesday. everything has been great with it until today. this morning my mail worked. now it doesn't.
i'm using the stock mail app. i discovered that the mail was not deleting in my actual mail account online if i would delete it on my phone and vice versa so i searched for a reason why and found that's how HTC made it. so then i saw people were offering other apps to use like K-9. so i downloaded k-9 and i didn't think i liked it so i uninstalled it and now my yahoo mail on the stock app won't even work.
when it checks for mails it says "login failed"
so i thought i would delete the account and try to re-add it but it won't let me!
if i go through the mail app itself it says "401-not authorized" and if i go through accounts/sync then it tells me i have to do a factory reset to get the account off the phone (which i think is ridiculous). i really do not want to do a factory reset, it took me hours to get the phone set up the way i wanted it.
so i went back to installing the k-9 app cause i figured that an app that got me my email was better than an app that didn't work. but now the k-9 isnt pushing the email at all. i have to manually check it yet i have all settings set to push.
anyone have any ideas... suggestions?? i'd really like to get the stock app back up and running.
