Reason to buy the HTC one X over the S3

For One X: Not AMOLED so no screen burning. Important if you plan to use the phone, say, as a GPS in your car when it will be on at full brightness with static display elements for long periods of time.

For S3: Audio quality is supposed to be better (better DAC)

I don't root my phone and don't use a app launcher.
HTC Sense is the most user friendly.
One X's build quality is better then S3, although S3 was not available when I bought my One X, no regrets.
One X screen show a warmer tone as compare to the cooler tone of S3.
Happy with the One X 32gb internal storage although S3 is better with the additional SD card storage.

I havent actually used the S3 so i cant comment on usability...

But I have seen it, and i will say the following when comparing the 2 regarding some of the features you have listed:

LED indicator - The ONE X does have an LED indicator. Well, atleast on the AT&T version i have...

Screen - Your correct, when using the "auto-brightness" feature on the htc, you cant see CRAP when youre outside on a sunny day unless you block out the sun using your hand or get under a shade. But I will say that the image/text clarity and sharpness on the HTC noticeably sharper than the Samsung. Also, this is more subjective, but the samsung screen is WAY over-saturated for my eyes. Especially when running certain applications that emphasize a couple colors, thats when you really can tell. I've NEvER been impressed with samsung screens especially the s2 and s3. Infact, i prefer the iphone retina display over either one of these phones in terms of color temperature and saturation.

Build Quality - Yea, you may say that the ONE X has better build quality and it may be true, but i really dont get the fuss about the galaxy and its "cheap" feeling. It feels plenty sturdy to me. People make it seem like the phone makes creeking sounds or something. Its a solid phone.

At the end of the day, its mainly a decision to be made with your taste for everything Im almost certain that alot of the little extra features you mentioned on the samesung wont be used often anyway. The main reason im sticking with ONE X for now is because i dont like TOUCHWIz on the samsung

The One X for me is too light, the S3 was even lighter. That, having loved my HTC Desire and being Samsung made me choose the One X.

My main reason is because HTC will update before Samsung will.....period!

The audio quality with beats headphones is unreal, best sound quality I've ever heard on a portable device. If you look at the review for both phones on techradar that might help, both get the same rating.

Why not make a video on why to buy either the Sammy or HTC instead of the evil empire iPhone. That's a better video. You can't go wrong with the s or h.
